Lead Time on Orders

* Our jewelry ships within 2-4 weeks of your completed and paid order. We create our pieces as orders are placed to ensure the highest quality jewelry products possible. All of our pieces are created one-at-a-time for each of our customers. Special Order and Wholesale items require one week processing time:

* Orders ship only after payment is received and clears. We prefer payment by PayPal for efficient order processing and it is the safest option for our customers. 

* Shipping Fees-We ship only within the United Staes via United States Postal Service:  First Class or  Priority Mail Only .Insurance is included in cost of of shipping . $6.50-US First Clas Standard $ 8.95- US, Priority Mail Payments

* We prefer PayPal for our orders, refunds and exchanges

 If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt. All items  must be in their orginal condition and packaging to receive a refund or exchange.  Earring kits that have been opened are not accepted for refund or exchnage.
