- Please allow 2-4 weeks for design, creation, and delivery of your order.
- Because freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl and sea glass are natural materials, colors, sizes, and exact shape will vary.
- Satisfaction guaranteed. Returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
- Customized, personalized, or special order items are not returnable. We will re-size any item for a re-stringing fee of $10 per bracelet or watch and $15 per necklace.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders, including soldered charm bracelets sold in What's Your Theme.
