- Lead Time on Orders
- Our jewelry ships within 2-4 weeks of your completed and paid order. We create our pieces as orders are placed to ensure the highest quality jewelry products possible. All of our pieces are created one-at-a-time for each of our customers.
- The following items require one week processing time: Necklace of the Month, Create a Bracelet, What's Your Theme Items, our Signature Necklace, Rosary Bracelets, earrings in the SarahDipiti Too collection, and all special orders. These items require additional time due to demand and the customized nature of some of the pieces.
- Orders ship only after payment is received and clears. We prefer payment by PayPal for efficient order processing and it is the safest option for our customers.
- Shipping Fees:
- $5.10 - US, UK and Canada Standard - Up to 5 pieces
- $8.10 - US, UK and Canada Standard - More than 5 pieces
- $8.75 - US, UK and Canada Priority - Up to 5 pieces
- $10.95 - US, UK and Canada Priority - More than 5 pieces
- $13.95 - All other Countries
- Payments
- We prefer PayPal for our orders. However, we accept checks, money orders, as well as our own Gift Certificates. Please Contact Us to complete orders if you do not wish to use PayPal.
- Necklace and Bracelet Orders
- Unless otherwise specified, necklaces and bracelets come with either a sterling silver Toggle Clasp (loop and bar), or a sterling silver hook and eye clasp. We can provide a lobster claw clasp if you prefer, for a small upgrade fee.
- If you would prefer any necklace in a size not available on our website, please call our email us to check the price. Typically, there is a $5 per inch add-on for custom-sized necklaces.
- Pearls, Shells and Sea Glass Orders
- Because freshwater pearls, baroque pearls, mother-of-pearl, shell and sea glass are natural materials, colors, sizes, and exact shape will vary.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Satisfaction guaranteed!
- If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
- Customized, personalized, special order items are not returnable. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders, including soldered charm bracelets sold in What's Your Theme.
- We will re-size any item for a re-stringing fee of $10 per bracelet and $15 per necklace. Shipping and handling not included.
