SarahDipiti Jewelry Repair ServicesSarahDipiti offers jewelry repair services for individual customers, retail shops, and boutiques. Our repair services include restringing beaded necklaces and bracelets, as well as clasp repair work and/or finding replacement parts for French wire earrings or broken clasps. We do not:
Repair fees are $25 per hour plus the cost of materials and shipping. The total fee charged per customer will depend on bead size, number of strands, and length of the necklace or bracelet being repaired. Most typical repairs are performed within an hour of time. Our replacement findings are sterling silver and we typically use a lobster claw clasp or multi-strand toggle clasp for repairs. If you desire a specific clasp, we can accommodate your request at cost. SarahDipiti uses only the highest quality materials for all

Upon receiving your request we will reply with an email addressing your concerns including an estimated repair fee. If you agree to the estimate we will provide our shipping address. Jewelry repair customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair location. We perform jewelry repairs for U.S. domestic customers only. Payment Details Payment for your estimated repair (including return shipping fee) is required before we receive and repair your jewelry item. We prefer Paypal as payment method, however we will accept personal checks via U.S. mail. If you prefer to send a check, repair of your item will not occur until your check has cleared. You are responsible for shipping fees and insurance to and from our repair center. Your repaired item will be returned to you via U.S. Priority Mail, insured for the value of the item. Shipping Recommendations We recommend that you insure your jewelry repair item for its appropriate value at the time it is shipped to us. Please note that your item is not insured by SarahDipiti.com until it is received by our office, which will be confirmed via email to our repair customers. Repair Guarantee SarahDipiti.com guarantees all repairs for one (1) year from the date of shipment to our office. We will repair broken findings (clasps) or re-string any jewelry item, however, we do not repair or replace unique stones or beads. We cannot guarantee loss occurring with normal wear, or guarantee against human error if your jewelry item breaks again. We guarantee only our repairs. Customer's Responsibility The customer is responsible for payment of all shipping to and from our repair office, as well as actual repair charges. Repair Fee Our repair fee is $25.00 per hour. This fee is dependent upon the number of strands, length of the jewelry item, and size of the beads. We do not find or substitute beads or stones. |
